Abstract
Dr. Elizabeth L. Young's career in broadcasting spans from the 1960s to the present and includes work in public radio, public television and satellite telecommunciations. Starting at American University's WAMU-FM, Young has worked at organizations including National Public Radio (NPR), the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB), Kansas Public Teleccommunications Commission and the Public Service Satellite Consortium. This collection documents her work at CPB and NPR including her work for a CPB task force on women in public broadcasting.
