The collection consists of report cards and grade books documenting the results of courses taken by students at the Maryland Agricultural College and the Maryland State College of Agriculture.

Restrictions on this collection were lifted in 2009 after being closed for a period of 75 years.

The materials were unfolded, paper clips and staples were removed, and the documents were put in acid-free folders and boxes. A guide was then prepared.
