Engraving on monument reads: "St. George's Society of Baltimore, in Memory of Queen Victoria. Born May 24, 1819. Died Jan. 22, 1901. Donated by Edwin Bennett 1903." Caption reads: "The Saint George's Society of Baltimore Memorial Monument honoring Queen Victoria. Memorial services held annually on Commonwealth Day for the dead buried here.
