Armstrong-Slater Memorial Trade School was opened in November 1896. It is a one-story brick building, on the plan of a quadruple cross, with an interior courtyard. Its extreme lenght [sic] is 278 feet and its width 220 feet. Its floor space of 26,000 square feet is divided into eleven rooms for the various trades." Postcard number: 2811. |
