Summary:Reverse caption reads: "A coalition of ministers played a key role helping the Food and Commercial Workers to organize 500 poultry workers at the County Pride plant in Hurlock, Md. Just a year after narrowly losing a representatives election at the plant, the UFCW was the overwhelming choice in a lopsided 321-64 vote. With the ministers are UFCW Local 27 organizers. Ruby Wolford and business agent Gilbert Cephas.
