Summary:This scrapbook was created by Rose Marie Grentzer during her time at the Carnegie Institute of Technology, where she earned two bachelors degrees in 1936 and a masters degree in 1939. Materials from her tenure as Supervisor of Music at Braddock Public Schools (1937-42) are also included. Clippings, correspondence, and memorabilia have been kept together as she placed them in the scrapbook. The original artifact is located in the Rose Marie Grentzer Collections in the Special Collections in Performing Arts at the University of Maryland.
