Summary:Confederate Cannon Crew, Petersburg National Battlefield, Petersburg, Virginia, circa 1981-2000. Postcard included three inset images. Caption reads: "Confederate Cannon Crew, Petersburg National Battlefield, Petersburg, Virginia. Representatives of Louisiana's Washington Artillery gallop onto the field with cannon and limber drawn by a six-horse team. The gun crew, using the authentic Civil War drill, then fires the 12-pounder Napolean field gun. Another demonstration is the firing of the small 24-pounder Coehorn mortar. These vivid, living history displays are presented during the summer months." Postcard number: PB 001.
