State Library Building (Capitol Square,) Richmond, Va. This handsome public building was erected in 1895, though the South wing was added in 1909. The lower floors contain the court-room of the Supreme Court of Appeals, the law library and offices of various State Officials. The entire 3rd floor being appropriated to the uses of the State (miscellaneous) Library.
