Caption reads: "The Wills House, where Lincoln wrote his Gettysburg Address, Gettysburg, Pa. The Gettysburg Address delivered November 19, 1863 by President Lincoln at the consecration of Soldiers' National Cemetery was written near the window marked with a star. Hon. David Wills (to whom National Cemeteries owe their origin) stands upon the steps: The R.G. Harper house joins the Wills house to the south: Mr. Harper's printing office is next. Here was printed 'Adams Sentinel' the first weekly paper issued in Adams County." Postcard number: 64226.
