Summary: | The tenth issue of Uno Mas, a music fanzine that covered the punk and indie music scene in the Washington, D.C. area, as well as other music, art, and literature. This issue from 1995 includes interviews with musician Thurston Moore, the bands Guided By Voices and Liquorice, author George Pelecanos, musician and artist Bruce Licher, and an article on artist R. Crumb by Harvey Pekar. This issue also includes fiction, poetry, comics, photography, and reviews. Editor Jim Saah is notable for his work as a photographer, as well as his role as the cinematographer and editor of the 2014 documentary "Salad Days," which focused on the D.C. punk scene in the 1980s. |
