Caption reads: "Chief among the many handsome office buildings, for which Pittsburgh is noted, is the Frick Building. It is of granite, 20 stories high, and finished throughout in marble and mahogany. Opposite is the Allegheny County Court House and Jail, completed April 17th, 1888, at a cost of $2,500,000."
