Caption reads: "With its vivid blue ceramic tile and shiplike demeanor, the 1250-seat movie house was an appropriate part of this seaside resort. The Casino Theater opened in 1939, showing Shirley Temple in 'The Blue Bird,' and continued showing movies until the early 1980s."
