Summary:Pair of bound volumes comprising manuscript and partially printed applications for admission into various Maryland chapters of the United Daughters of the Confederacy. The first volume contains application forms dated 1899-1925 for admission into Fitzhugh Lee Chapter No. 87 (Frederick, Maryland); the second contains application forms for various other chapters in Maryland and transferals of memberships (1930-1938). The applications contain a great deal of genealogical information. Only the first volume has been digitized. The second volume is on display in the Maryland Room.
