Handwritten words read "Meeting place of 1st Continental Congress." Paper attached to back reads "Property of Philadelphia Convention and Visitors Bureau of the Chamber of Commerce, Penn Square Building, Juniper and Filbert Streets, Philadelphia 7, Pa."
