Back caption reads: "A new modern fireproof hotel with 130 outside rooms all with running hot and cold water, telephone and electric light. 32 rooms with private shower baths; 8 public shower and tub baths. Large ground floor lobby, 48x70 ft., handsomely furnished. Rates: Room with Private Bath - single $1.00, double $1.50; Room with privilege of public bath - single 50 cents and 75 cents, double $1.00. Take Dodge cars from Depot to 16th St. then 2 blocks north on 16th St. / Sterricker and Jardine. Props." Postcard number: R-66566.
