Caption reads: "The New Union Station at Washington was built by the U.S. Government, Pennsylvania and Baltimore & Ohio Railroads, at a cost of $18,000,000. It is the finest Railway Station in the world, built of white granite, and exceeds the Capitol in dimensions, with a length of 760 feet and a width of 343 feet." Postcard number: A-14869.
