An advertising flier promoting a concert by the Richmond, VA. rock band, Kepone. The concert occurred on Wednesday, December 23, 1995 at the Black Cat in Washington, D.C. The other bands on the bill were the Washington, D.C. punk bands Kerosene 454 and Bluetip. The flier was designed by Bluetip's singer/guitarist Jason Farrell. One version of the flier was printed with a green spot color and a second version was printed with a red spot color.
