The other band on the bill was the Washington, D.C. rock band, The 400, which featured former members of the D.C. hardcore band Minor Threat. The concert was presented by Spectrum Showcase and WMUC FM 88.1 and occurred at the Adele Stamp Student Union Atrium at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland on December 6, 1984.
