All things conserved
Diagnosis of the deep

Bogeys, birdies and frogs
Memories of the shore
Summary:In This old hall, Maryland students travel to England to visit and help restore the birthplace of Lord Baltimore, founder of the colony of Maryland. Lights, camera, traction! takes a look at the University's Shock Trauma telemedicine techniques to aid stroke victims. All things conserved visits the National Public Broadcasting Archives at the University of Maryland Libraries and gives insight as to how they are preserving old television and radio broadcasts. In Diagnosis of the deep, scientists explore why the Chesapeake Bay consistently produces such a large number of fish. A bright star shines on introduces African American astronaut Ronald McNair, a member of the Challanger team of 1986, and how his memory lives on through a scholarship program established at Coppin State College in his name. Bogeys, birdies and frogs profiles how a Frostburg State University professor is helping golfers and frogs live in harmony on the fairway and discusses other environmental restoration and wildlife management techniques for golf courses. Memories of the shore shows how old historical records from settlers of Maryland are being preserved and shared at a museum in Salisbury.
