Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. punk bands Grand Mal and Velvet Monkeys. The concert occurred on January 7, 1985 at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. Members of Grand Mal went on to the bands Holy Rollers and Death Ride '69. Members of Velvet Monkeys went on to the bands B.A.L.L. and Gumball. Don Fleming of Velvet Monkeys also became a notable record producer of bands like Teenage Fanclub, Sonic Youth, and Hole.
