Flier advertising a concert by the punk bands Government Issue (G.I.), Meat Puppets, Black Flag and Nig-Heist. The concert occurred at Pierce Hall in Washington, D.C. on April 6, 1984. This is the first of three versions of a flier for this concert that are held at Special Collections in Performing Arts. The other two versions are found in the Paul Bushmiller collection on punk, 1979-1992.
