The second issue of Brickthrower, a zine from the Washington, D.C. punk community that was created and distributed by members of the D.C. punk band The Stigmatics. This issue features band members writing on political and social issues and includes an interview with the musician El Vez. It also features a reprinted quote from Woody Guthrie and an excerpt of a 1976 interview with Pete Seeger that was originally published in Pickin' Magazine. The zine was distributed at the Stigmatics concert that occurred on September 3, 1997 at Latin American Youth Center in Washington, D.C.
