Issue 2 of Washington Waves, a monthly fanzine that covered the punk and new wave music scenes in the Washington, D.C. area. This issue featured reviews of concerts by R.E.M. (a D.C. band that later changed its name to Egoslavia when the Georgia-based R.E.M. ascended in popularity) and The Breakers, as well as news about bands and various new releases.
