Description |
A poster promoting the Washington, D.C. store and concert venue, Emergency, which was located at 2813 M Street Northwest, in Washington, D.C. circa 1969 to 1972. Michael Schreibman's concert promotion company New Era Follies (later New Era Concerts) occasionally sold tickets to concerts at Emergency and put on shows there. The poster was designed by the artist Paul Reed, associated with the Washington Color School.
