Flier promoting a concert featuring the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk bands Insurrection and Iron Cross. The concert occurred in Mitchell Hall at George Washington University on December 4, 1982. Three members of Insurrection (Guy Picciotto, Brendan Canty, and Mike Fellows) went on to the notable band Rites of Spring. Following the break up of Rites of Spring, Picciotto and Canty worked together again in the highly influential punk band, Fugazi.
