A subscription form for Groffiti, a fanzine from Rockville, Maryland that was operated by Skip Groff. Groffiti started out as a tip sheet, a music industry publication that circulated among people who worked within the business. By the time of this subscription form circa 1974, Groffiti was transitioning toward fuly becoming a fanzine, covering rock music from the 1960s and early 1970s with the perspective of a fan, rather than someone within the music industry.
