Flier advertising a concert by Washington, D.C. punk band Kerosene 454. The concert occurred at 811 West College Avenue in State College, Pennsylvania on January 29, 1995. The other band on the bill was Samuel. At the time of the show, Kerosene 454 had released several singles and a full length on the then State College-based record label Art Monk Construction, which also housed itself at 811 West College Avenue. Both Art Monk Construction and Samuel relocated to the D.C. area later in 1995.
