Photocopy of a flier advertising a concert featuring the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk bands State of Alert (S.O.A.), Bad Brains, Minor Threat, Youth Brigade, Black Market Baby, No Authority, Government Issue, Red C, Void, and Law and Order. The concert occurred at the Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. on April 4, 1981. The flier also promotes the release of State of Alert's "No Policy" EP on Dischord Records. Sharon Cheslow photocopied the original flier for the concert while conducting research in the 1980s for the book that she co-authored on the D.C. punk scene, "Banned In D.C."
