The fourth issue of The Infiltrator -- which was published near the end of 1979 -- a fanzine that covered the punk and new wave music scenes in Washington, D.C. from 1979 to 1980. Edited by the pseudonymous Marie Provost, this issue included interviews with Sly & Robbie, and others, as well as many reviews of concerts and commercial recordings. The New York-based psychobilly/punk band The Cramps is shown on the cover. Notable contributors to this issue of Infiltrator included artist Kevin MacDonald, writer Bruce Rosenstein, musician/writer Howard Wuelfing, writer and fanzine editor Mike Heath, and Wasp Records and Record & Tape Exchange owner Bill Asp.
