The second issue of Infiltrator, a fanzine that covered the punk and new wave music scenes in Washington, D.C. from 1979 to 1980. Edited by the pseudonymous Marie Provost, this fanzine included interviews with John Cale, D.Ceats, Sly Dunbar & Robbie Shakespeare, Phil Manzanera and others, as well as many reviews of concerts and commercial recordings. The Jamaican reggae musician Peter Tosh is on the cover of the issue and has one of his concerts reviewed. Notable contributors to this issue of Infiltrator included artist Kevin MacDonald, writer Bruce Rosenstein, and Wasp Records and Record & Tape Exchange owner Bill Asp.
