Flier advertising a concert by the Washington, D.C. punk band Hoover. The concert occurred on the Penn State University campus at the HUB Ballroom in University Park, Pennsylvania on February 12, 1993. Other bands on the bill were Lincoln and Clean Mary. Hoover cancelled the day of show due to a snowstorm but performed the following night on February 13, 1993 at 244 South Burrowes Street in State College, Pennsylvania. Hoover released most of its recordings on Dischord Records and Slowdime Records.
