Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. punk bands the Velvet Monkeys and R.E.M. This R.E.M. was not the same band as the one from Athens, Georgia that soon became highly notable. The D.C. version changed its name to Egoslavia. The concert occurred at Columbia Station in Washington, D.C. on September 20, 1981.
