Photocopy of a flier promoting a concert by the punk bands T.S.O.L. (True Sounds of Liberty) and G.I. (Government Issue). The concert occurred at the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. on November 15, 1981. The flier also mentions Government Issue's "Legless Bull" EP, released by Dischord Records. Sharon Cheslow photocopied the original flier for the concert while conducting research in the 1980s for the book that she co-authored on the D.C. punk scene, "Banned In D.C."
