Promotional flier for a concert by the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk band Youth Brigade, which occurred on March 13, 1981 at American University's Anderson Hall. Other bands on the bill were G.I.s (Government Issue), State of Alert (featuring future Black Flag vocalist Henry Rollins on vocals) and Honkeys. A second show is listed on the flier, as well. This concert occurred on March 17, 1981 at the 9:30 Club and featured the California hardcore punk band Black Flag and the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk band, Minor Threat.
