Flier promoting a concert by the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk band Government Issue. The other bands on the bill were the California punk band TSOL, the Chicago, Illinois punk band Naked Raygun, and the Washington, D.C. punk band Cereal Killers. The concert occurred at WUST Radio Hall in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, June 20, 1985. This flier is the second of two designs used to promote the show, both of which are found in the Paul Bushmiller collection on punk, 1979-1992 at Special Collections in Performing Arts.
