Title |
Teen Idles final show flier, Washington, D.C., November 6, 1980
|
Description |
Flier advertising the final show by the Washington, D.C. hardcore punk band Teen Idles. The other band on the bill was the San Francisco-based new wave/power pop band SVT, which featured former Jefferson Airplane bassist Jack Casady. The show occurred at the 9:30 Club (jokingly represented on the flier as the 3:90 Club) in Washington, D.C. on November 6, 1980. The bottom of the flier promotes the forthcoming release of Teen Idles' debut EP, "Minor Disturbance," which was the first release on Dischord Records, a long-running punk label operated by Teen Idles members Ian MacKaye and Jeff Nelson.
