Flier advertising a concert by the California hardcore punk band Black Flag. Also on the bill was the Chicago, Illinois punk band The Effigies and the Washington, D.C. punk bands Double-O, Iron Cross, and The Faith. The concert occurred at the Wilson Center in Washington, D.C. on September 17, 1982. The flier for this concert was designed by Bob Raiter, who regularly worked with concert promoter Malcolm Riviera during this period. Riviera was a musician, as well, who played in the bands Grand Mal, Velvet Monkeys, and Gumball.
