Title |
Eugene Chadbourne concert flier, Hung Jury Pub, Washington, D.C., October 5, 1986
|
Description |
Flier promoting a Eugene Chadbourne (spelled Chadborne here) concert, along with the punk bands Reptile House, Broken Siren, and Happy Flowers, at the Hung Jury Pub in Washington, D.C. on October 5, 1986. The concert was promoted by WDC Period, a punk fanzine that published in DC during the 1980s. WDC Period editor Gordon Ornelas designed the flier. The second flier shown here is a photocopy by Sharon Cheslow of the original flier for the concert, which Cheslow made while conducting research in the 1980s for the book that she co-authored on the D.C. punk scene, "Banned In D.C."
