The third issue of Infiltrator—which was published circa summer 1979—a fanzine that covered the punk and new wave music scenes in Washington, D.C. from 1979 to 1980. Edited by the pseudonymous Marie Provost, this issue included interviews with Robert Fripp, 999, Mars Everywhere, Sam & Dave, disc jockey Steve Lorber, and others, as well as many reviews of concerts and commercial recordings. D.C. musician and artist Michael Reidy is shown on the cover. Notable contributors to this issue of Infiltrator included artist Kevin MacDonald, writer Bruce Rosenstein, musician/writer Howard Wuelfing, writer and fanzine editor Mike Heath, and Wasp Records and Record & Tape Exchange owner Bill Asp.
