The fourth issue of Not Even, a punk fanzine edited by Daisy Rooks which came out of the punk music subculture in the Washington, D.C. area, edited by Daisy Rooks. This issue includes an interview with Hazel Lepers of the Belgian hardcore punk bands Nations on Fire and Rise Above, as well as an interview with members of the Delaware punk band Railhed. The interviews, as well as essays elsewhere in this issue, explore hardcore and straight edge in Belgium and Europe at large, sexism in the D.C. scene, women performing in hardcore, riot grrrl, sexuality and the performance of gender, sexism in American schools, animal welfare, child abuse, and D.C. record labels. Also included is a show review featuring coverage on Gauge, Separation, and Four Walls Falling
