Half-page flier advertising the event schedule in June 1983 at Danceteria, a New York City dance club that was particularly influential in the first half of the 1980s. Among the events listed are a concert by the no wave/jazz group James White & the Blacks, release parties for books by photographer Trix Rosen and artist Mati Klarwein, an art installation featuring Keith Haring, a Nicaraguan arts festival, a concert featuring three Washington, D.C. bands from the punk/new wave scene—the Slickee Boys, Tommy Keene, and Velvet Monkeys—and Haoui Montaug's cabaret revue, "No Entiendes."
