A photocopy of a flier promoting three concerts from December 1980 that featured punk and new wave bands from Washington, D.C. The first concert occurred at 929 Calvert St. NW in Washington, D.C. on December 13, 1980 and featured the bands Minor Threat, Bad Brains, The Untouchables, State of Alert, and more. The flier also promotes the Unheard Music Festival, which occurred at dc Space in Washington, D.C. on December 17 and 18, 1980. That concert featured Minor Threat, Nurses, Untouchables, Half Japanese, State of Alert, and others. Sharon Cheslow photocopied the original flier while conducting research in the 1980s for the book that she co-authored on the D.C. punk scene, "Banned In D.C."
