Flier advertising a concert by Washington, D.C. punk bands Kerosene 454 and Bluetip. The concert occurred at Metro Cafe in Washington, D.C. on February 22, 1998. A third band on the bill, the Elusive, was not featured on the flier. Later in 1998, two members of the Elusive co-founded the band Q and not U, which went on to release several recordings on Dischord Records.
