A two-sided advertising flier promoting three concerts from January 1991 that were organized by Positive Force DC, an activist group that played a central role in the Washington, D.C. punk scene. The first side of the flier promotes two concerts held at the 9:30 Club that were headlined by the Washington, D.C. punk band Fugazi. The first concert occurred on January 2, 1991 and featured the D.C. punk quartet Autoclave as the opening band and the second concert was held on January 3, 1991 and featured the D.C. indie rock band Unrest as the opener. Both concerts were benefits for the Whitman-Walker Clinic, a community health center in D.C. The verso of the flier promotes a concert that was held at D.C. Space in Washington, D.C. on January 3, 1991 and was headlined by the D.C. punk band Holy Rollers. The opening bands were Autoclave and the Juliana Experience.
