Flier advertising multiple concerts in February 1978 at the Atlantis, a venue in Washington, D.C. that was the first in the area to prominently feature punk and new wave bands. Bands listed as upcoming performers were the Slickee Boys, the Rudements, White Boy, and Urban Verbs. The Atlantis closed in 1979 and, after a change in ownership, reopened in 1980 as the 9:30 Club.
