A view of the boardwalk and the beach in Atlantic City, New Jersey, circa 1901-1907. Caption reads: "On the Sands. The shore at Atlantic City belongs practically to everybody who wishes to enjoy it in any reasonable fashion. Children are active participants in all forms of amusements, not the least of which is riding on donkeys, which affords no end of pleasure to them as well as to the onlookers." Postcard number: 1089.
