The anchor of the U.S.S. Maine in Arlington National Cemetery in Arlington, Virginia, circa 1907-1914. Reverse caption reads: "The anchor of the U.S.S. Maine, which was blown up in the harbor of Havana, Cuba, on Feb. 15 1898, marks the last resting place of 163 men of her crew. Their bodies were brought from Havana, Cuba and reinterred in the Spanish American War Section of Arlington National Cemetery on Dec. 28, 1899." Postcard number: 61541.
