Postcard portfolio with a sheet that folds out to reveal color images of several landmarks in and around Washington, D.C.: the United States Capitol Building, the illuminated fountain on Capitol Plaza, the Library of Congress, the White House, Pennsylvania Avenue, the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Monument, the Potomac River, the new government buildings on Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues Triangle, the Supreme Court, and Potomac Park. The inside of the portfolio is printed with information about each landmark. Postmark: August [??], 1939.
