The Monongahela Incline, a funicular built in 1870, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, circa 1907-1908. Message reads: "Just returned from trip up this incline, found store on top (x) run by a Mr. W. H. Wooley. He gave me this card. He is a comb. of Dutch-Scotch-Irish. Awfully smoky today. Big flakes drop down like black snow. Having quite a stay in Pittsburg. Write me next at Moorestown N. J. Gen.
