Shawhan Hotel, Tiffin, Ohio, circa 1984. Caption reads: "Shawhan Hotel was built in 1903 as a memorial to Rezin Shawhan by his widow, who had her brother-in-law, Dr. John B. Howe, as the first manager. This building presently stands empty at the NW corner of E. Perry & S. Washington Streets after being damaged by fire."
